The sentence follows a contempt suit by the Attorney General of the Republic against the presenter last year following an alleged viral video.

An Accra High Court has sentenced a presenter of Power 97.9FM, Oheneba Boamah Bennie to 14 days in prison custody.

Further to the above, the court, presided over by Justice Elfreda Dankyi on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, fined the presenter an amount of GHC 3000.
