The list of candidates who passed the exam was released yesterday, pending consideration and approval by the General Legal Council.

More than 900 students of the Ghana School of Law are reported to have passed the Ghana Bar Exam, marking the highest pass rate over years.

The list of candidates who passed the exam was released yesterday, pending consideration and approval by the General Legal Council.

These candidates consist of professional law and post-call law students, and it's expected that they will be later called to the Ghana Bar on October 20, 2023.

Last year, 844 lawyers were called to the Bar, the highest in the history of the Call in Ghana at the time.

This year's event, which is the 60th Anniversary of the Call, is likely to be the highest in the history of enrolment on the Roll of Lawyers.
