Steps to apply for the Judicial Service Magistrate position

Judicial Service of Ghana has launched a new recruitment drive for magistrates, inviting qualified lawyers to apply as part of efforts to strengthen frontline justice delivery and deepen court capacity.
Applicants for the magistrate position are required to follow the steps below:
- Download the application form
Visit the Judicial Service of Ghana website.
Click on E-Forms.
Download the form titled “Application for Appointment to a Post in the Ghana Judicial Service.”
- Print and complete the form
Print two (2) copies of the form.
Fill both copies and attach all relevant supporting documents.
- Pay the processing fee for stamping
Proceed to the Judicial Service Head Office (Finance Section).
Pay GH¢300.00 for receipt issuance and stamping of the forms.
- Submit your application
After stamping, submit the completed forms and attachments to the Judicial Secretary’s Office.
