The newly established courts, Tema High Court Annex One and Tema High Court Annex Two, promise to optimize the administration of justice in the area.

In a noteworthy stride towards improving judicial efficiency, the High Court in Tema Community One has unveiled two additional High Courts to streamline case management and ease the burden on existing courts.

The newly established courts, Tema High Court Annex One and Tema High Court Annex Two, promise to optimize the administration of justice in the area.

Tema High Court Annex One will be presided over by Her Ladyship Justice Mrs. Rita Agyeman-Budu J., while Tema High Court Annex Two will be under the leadership of Her Ladyship Mrs. Cynthia Wiredu J.

According to the Registrar of the High Court, these annexes are now operational, with new cases filed in Tema to be assigned to them.

Legal practitioners and parties involved in court proceedings are encouraged to carefully review case assignments to ensure proper engagement with the designated courts.

This expansion reflects the judiciary’s dedication to ensuring swift and effective access to justice. By redistributing caseloads, the annexes are expected to accelerate case resolution and enhance the overall judicial experience for the Tema community and its surroundings.

Stakeholders are encouraged to adapt to the new framework and remain attentive to official communications regarding case allocations. This initiative is anticipated to bolster case management and strengthen justice delivery in the Tema jurisdiction.
