Elrad Amoako, son of prominent pastor Salifu Amoako, made an appearance at the Juvenile Court today, Friday, November 1.
During the session, the court reviewed his remand conditions and issued guidelines for his custody and well-being.
Elrad is being held in connection with an accident caused by a car he was driving in East Legon, which led to the death of two girls.
When he appeared today, he was ordered to remain in custody and is expected to return to court on November 7 for the continuation of his case.
To fulfill bail conditions, the court mandated that Amoako’s Ghanaian and US passports be submitted to the court by Monday, November 4.
Additionally, he is required to undergo a medical assessment at the University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC) on November 4 to address any potential health concerns during his remand.
Should any urgent medical need arise while he is in custody, the court has directed that he be promptly taken to the Police Hospital for necessary treatment, ensuring access to essential medical care.
