Police in the Bono Region have arrested 18-year-old Fuseini Ibrahim for allegedly stealing three unregistered Apsonic tricycles valued at GH¢74,000.

According to a statement signed by Chief Inspector Thomas Akeelah, Public Relations Officer of the Regional Command, Ibrahim was picked up on August 14, 2025, at Dumasua in the Sunyani West Municipality. He is currently in custody.

Three alleged accomplices—identified only as Musa, Baba, and Malik Mustapha—remain on the run. Police say the group stole the tricycles at Drobo in the Jaman South Municipality. The suspects were intercepted at a checkpoint in Dumasua, but while Ibrahim was caught, the others managed to flee.

The stolen tricycles have since been recovered, and police have launched a manhunt for the remaining suspects.
